These terms apply to purchases made from Big Store.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in the store currency; taxes are calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive a receipt. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example where stock has run out or a price was displayed in error).

Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown for each shipping option at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns are handled as described on our Shipping & returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
